MASSAGE THERAPY

A form of bodywork using varying degrees of pressure and movement to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. Our skilled Licensed Massage therapist utilizes specific techniques like; trigger point work, myofascial release, breath work, aromatherapy and Swedish massage. Therapeutic massage can help to reduce stress, lessen muscle pain, tension, and increase relaxation. Appointments are one hour long. For an additional charge you can add a 15-30 minute massage to any facial procedure.
